How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed through your Inflow account.
Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log in to your Inflow account.
  2. Browse our products and select the items you’d like to purchase.
  3. Add the items to your cart.
  4. Click the Checkout button. This will automatically send us your order summary.
  5. Once we receive your order, we will review it and send you a quote for confirmation.
  6. After you confirm the quote, we will send an invoice/payment link.
  7. Once payment is completed, your order will move into processing.

What are your turnaround times?

Our estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Within Ontario: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of East Coast: 3–6 business days
  • West Coast: 2–5 business days

Please note that shipping times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

What do I do if I receive damaged items?

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and all packaging

Important: Please do not discard any items or packaging before sending us photos. We need these images to properly process your claim and offer a replacement or refund.

We’ll review your case and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.

I’d like to return my order. How can I proceed?

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’d like to return your order, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of receiving your items. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide the return address and any additional instructions.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and meet our return policy criteria.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
